Dumbara cushion covers
Traditional Dumbara handloom designs were imported to Sri Lanka in the Middle Ages by traders from Arabia. Theses feature distinctive Islamic motifs and are now associated with the Dumbara valley in central Sri Lanka, where many of these traders settled and continued to practise their handweaving styles.
